The U.S. launch of my book, Beauty Unbalanced, will be in New York City at the Centro Civico Cultural Domincano, on September 28, 2009, 7 p.m. Beauty Unbalanced, is a compilation of stories, poetry, and images experienced and made in Panama.

I am just back from Austria where I attended the opening of "Young Art Global" at The Museum of Young art. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. I'm off to Atlanta, where I will be presenting The Healing Power of Art at Spelman College on Thursday, April 4th at 7 p.m.
My work will be featured with other APAP (a Panamanian artists association) members, at Horizon's Gallery, in Trinidad and Tobago March 11 - March 21. This show, a first for Panamanian art, was organized by the Panamanian embassy in Trinidad.
Rolando de Sedas and I have been selected by the Panamanian Embassy in Austria and the Museum of Young Art (MOYA) to represent Panama at MOYA's "Young Art Global" exhibit in Vienna. The exhibition will open July 17, 2008.
I am collaborating with Tarina Rodriguez, and others (including founder Casey Kelbaugh) to organize Slideluck Potshow, coming to Panama on March 4, 2008!
